The 8th edition of 'We Care Film festival' was launched at Y. B. Chavan Centre, Mumbai, with the lighting of traditional lamp by chief guest -Film maker Govind Nihlani. 'We Care Film Festival' is a tribute to all those disabled people who have overcome this handicap with sheer hard work supported by encouragement from others to come into mainstream.
